Matt--Vocals
Matt was born and raised in Silverton, a suburb of Cincinnati. After knocking around in several garage bands, he dropped out of school as soon as Blacken had regular weekend gigs. He wrote all the lyrics for the band.
Jerry--Lead Guitar
Jerry began playing classical guitar when he was five. Then he discovered Black Sabbath when he was eleven, and then there was no turning back.
Nick--Drums
Nick had been playing drums for less than two years when Matt recruited him for Blacken. His violence was just what they needed.
Craig--Bass
Craig started out as a guitarist, but when he was unable to master Zeppelin riffs, he switched bass. He was as hyperactive as they come.
Natch--Samples
When Blacken stalled on the regional scene, cut down by the rise of Grunge, Matt went searching for a way to set Blacken apart. He found that secret ingredient in Natch.
Q-Bot--MC
Natch brought Q-Bot with him. Q’s raps turned out to be a perfect counter point to Matt’s screaming.
